For customers with a Priority Support Agreement, your response times are as follows:
Level 1 - 6 Hour Response Time
Level 2 - 4 Hour Response Time
Level 3 - 3 Hour Response Time
Level 4 - 2 Hour Response Time
If you have an active support agreement, your On-call Support Hours are provided within the following time frames:
Monday through Friday - 5pm - 8pm
Saturday - 8am - 8pm
Sunday 8am - 8pm
